Starbucks - Hermitage

Made an online order and went inside to pick it up. Went to order something else at the counter and it took almost seven minutes for someone to even acknowledge me even after looking my way. Once someone finally did come over I told them I had an online order and before I could order anything else they said it would be over at the other end if it was ready then walked away... Drinks were ready about 15 minutes after the pickup time and I did not order anything else.

Only pastry they had was cake pop . Everything I tried to order I was told we don't have that. I asked what do you have? We only have cake pops. not even cake at all was more like thick fudge.

They allow regulars to walk by everyone, hang out by the counter and interact with the baristas. I was given an expected wait time but got my drink 20 minutes after that. This continues years later.Dietary restrictions: Don’t go here if you’re watching your calories. They eliminated light Frappuccinos. Also, you can be sure about 50% of the time if you do order a Frappuccino they’re going to leave out something so always taste it before leaving.

Parking: Not to great and the parking lot is extremely bad and I'm sure everyone mentions how to drive thru is jus a bad design. Traffic jams often and normally a line that goes back into the freeway at times. Accident is bound to happen eventually Say it almost any day I walk across the street from my job.Wheelchair accessibility: All flat surfaces but no automatic doors or buttons to open.

Went in here to grab a coffee after getting out of the ER with a broken hand around noon. This place was a zoo and the drive thru was horrendous with the line of cars. My wife and I decided to go inside thinking it would have been quicker. We were fooled by waiting 40 minutes, which is absolutely asinine. I would steer clear of going here unless you order on the app or want to wait forever for just drinks.
