La Playita - Hermosa Beach

Our server had the greatest vibes and was very attentive. food was incredible and came out quickly, and the atmosphere was top notch. Get the margarita and make sure you at least get a taste of refried beans. We will be back!

Food had little to no taste, atmosphere wasn’t great and service was blah. The bus boy was the friendliest and best part.

Nice simply Mexican restaurant with a nice view. My daughter always wants to go for a high-end restaurant that ends up being unsatisfactory. I asked her if we could just eat somewhere simple. This place is my next goto. It has outdoor and indoor seating. The waitress was very nice. Only had one problem, left my credit card there. Another reason to go back.

We ordered two combination plates, 2 cheese enchiladas rice and beans, and two tacos rice and beans. I thought both dishes were pretty bland. The chips and salsa were okay. The service was slow and minimal. We sat outside and every so often a sewer smell wafted by us. Parking: Be prepared to park a few blocks away at metered parking or the public parking garage. Wheelchair accessibility: Outside would be best for wheelchair seating.

Food is fantastic! Right by the water and in a peaceful location.
