Casareyna - HERÓICA PUEBLA DE ZARAGOZA

Casareyna has a very inviting atmosphere from the moment you step into it. The menu has many different options that you don't see at your normal restaurant. The food has bold flavors!

This Restaurant has a very nice menu, and you may enjoy the famous "Chiles en Nogada" !!! The food is prepared like "at home", and is quite tasteful without being too spicy hot. The waiters do also a great job, and are very kind.

Being a bonne vivant and eating all around my Country since the age 5, I can tell you that this is a great restaurant and it serves the best Chiles en Nogada I ever had (perfect balance of high quality mix ingredients) anywhere.Even better than those made by grand ma and my mother (sorry mom).Certified recipe and ingredients will leave you amazed.If children in your party, not a problem,spaghetti or steak with french fries available (but one of mine opt for the Acentrocneme hesperiaris:maguey worms and was loving them) for the picky ones. Make a reservation way ahead of time(sometimes a week),be patience with the service and enjoy a beautiful setting and family ambience while starting with chalupitas, gusanos de maguey,tequila con sangrita,followed by Chile en nogada and ending with Mamey ice cream...Buen Provecho

The atmosphere is pretty, the food is good for breakfast. We didn't have dinner but I did have their Aztec Soup in the evening and that was good.Service lacks. They just don't really seem to want to serve the customers. Example: they bring coffee with no sugar or milk. You have to request everything, including we dad to ask for the check more than once all 3 times we ate there.

A wonderful hotel. Impeccably decorated and with very spacious rooms, it is a good place to try the taste of Puebla. It has a very nice Talavera shop (although with high prices). The food in the restaurants is good (not espectactular), and the service is good. The location is pretty good.
