This starbucks concentrates more on the drive thru than the customer waiting inside. Shame

Friendly, funny staff and well-made drinks. Thought there would be a long wait based on how many people were ahead of me, but they moved through that queue at graceful speed and got us all taken care of super quick ?

The worst Starbucks we had been to, the cashier-barista was extremely nasty and looked like she was high on coke I have never seen an extremely clumsy-fast/ accelerated person and rude at the same time… thank God I called customer service and they fixed the issue and sent a report to regional manager… it seems like they don’t care and it was THE WORST COFFEE I HAVE EVER HAD. Dirty cups and redo of latte even worst. Go to the one inside Hershey park better. Everybody there was feeling the same and they were doing EVERYTHING WRONG!!!
