Shenley Sandwich - Hertsmere

I ordered food for my mother's wake and it was crucial that the food was good and delivered on time. Zoulikha helped us choose the menu and adjusted sandwich fillings to meet our needs. The food was beautifully presented and delicious, all freshly made that morning. The mini scones with clotted cream and jam, as well as the danish, were especially popular. The wake went smoothly, without any stress, and everyone left feeling nourished and satisfied.

I have been familiar with this restaurant since it first opened, as I have my own bakery. The food and service are always good, although it can be a bit expensive - but what isn't these days? The restaurant is clean, friendly, and they bake their bread and rolls on the premises, so you know it is always fresh.

I visited Borehamwood for the weekend and decided to have breakfast at this restaurant. I ordered a coronation baguette and it was delicious. The staff were friendly and the prices were reasonable. It lived up to its positive reviews.

It’s not often I am wowed enough to write a review but this place is a great find, amazing food, kind service and good value for money.

I have been a customer for over 15 years and they have never disappointed! There is a wide range of options, everything is fresh and delicious.
