Logical, consistent and commercial hours service. Don't expect the same reception A Sunday evening in mid-January at 11:00 with 3 plated and 1 tondu, at the same reception on the same Sunday evening in mid-June with 24*c where you will be royally served. Everyone is human. To summarize, just ask if it is still time... logical.
