Just had the worst time through the drive thru... If the employees don't want to be on the drive thru order taking they shouldn't. They need to train their employees properly. Never had an issue with this place, but their is always a 1st time foreverything I guess. The manager then just watch as I talked to her employee, didn't bother to say anything. Thanks Carl's.

All the food was made the way it was requested. The staff was friendly and filled my order quickly. What more could you ask for?

Great place, friendly staff that works well. Drive thru is occasionally slow, but this is usually due to customers. It is occasionally also due to the staff, but this is because they try to get the orders right for everyone / the customers feel appreciated.

This is my main place! There were times when my order was wrong, or they gave me my fries, but mostly always his great food taste very delicious! Only what I don't like is if they only accept cash and there is no sign that or when I'm asked to park in the front and forget to give me my order, and I have to go inside, but others then that his big ones!

The lady that took our order was super nice... great service and the store is very clean
