Little Caesars Pizza - Hesperia

Terrible experience. Our meal was over 40 minutes late, and they never completed our order. They seem to mark orders as completed even when they aren't. I will definitely not be returning to Caesars. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had.

Update: I finally received my pizza at 6:30 PM. While I don't mind waiting an hour for pizzas, they shouldn't have promised it would be ready by 5:45 PM when it clearly wasn't. The pizza itself was okay, but the wings were terrible and lacked any flavor.

I ordered my meal an hour in advance and have never had issues at this restaurant before. I arrived about 10-15 minutes early because they usually have my order ready on time, if not earlier. However, today I had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes at the pickup time. I had ordered a custom pizza topped with olives, mushrooms, onions, banana peppers, jalapeños, and green peppers, with extra cheese. Unfortunately, I found very few toppings, and the ones that were there seemed like they had been hastily thrown on after the pizza was microwaved, as they weren't melted into the pizza as usual. The toppings were still quite hard, which makes sense since the dough wasn't cooked properly. There was hardly any sauce for flavor, and given that it cost $20, I expected much better! I've had this pizza before, and it was perfect and delicious. I'm not sure what went wrong this time. I don't usually complain or leave reviews, but this experience warranted one. Based on this, I won't be returning to this restaurant. If you're going to do a job, do it right; otherwise, what's the point in wasting time?

My favorite place. Eat well. Quickly and reliably collect from Portal online order. It is usually not recommended with people waiting for a walk in orders.

Good Service...The only thing about this place is that the Front door doesn't close completely therefore in the Summer Time it gets alot of Flies. Supervisor needs to get that problem taken care of or it will be another Summer without Little Caesar's Pizza. :
