Papa Johns Pizza - Hialeah

As you can clearly see a super thin pizza. I ordered the Epic stuffed crust and received this thin pizza. The crust was stuffed, but an original pizza is NOT THIN like this. This is my kids favorite, so I am very familiar on how it?s supposed to be. On topof that, the delivery guy was lost. Dissatisfied

I waited outside to avoid him having to come inside, which only let my food get colder. It's frustrating to pay for food and then be ignored when it hasn't arrived, or when it does. My pizza arrived at room temperature, and I paid $25 for cold pizza. The manager really needs to ensure that staff are answering calls until closing and keeping track of deliveries. I highly recommend writing a review if you encounter similar issues with this store.

I ordered a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza, but what I received was disappointing. It was just bread with pizza sauce and chunks of cheese scattered haphazardly. The pizza was extremely thin and lacking many ingredients, making it overly greasy, which ended up staining my sweater. I don’t get why they hire people who aren’t committed to doing their jobs properly.

I attempted to call them to order pizza, but they repeatedly declined my calls. My friend and I made one final attempt, and they responded by threatening us, saying they would call the police. This is a truly unpleasant establishment. #dontbuy

Do not drink the delivery until the food is delivered this will help the riders to respect there customer delivery.
