Rita's Ice Custard - Hialeah

Jaiden provided excellent service to the customers. He handed me my ice cream, and as I settled down to enjoy it, I overheard him warmly thanking other customers, encouraging them to come back and wishing them a great day. I believe he is a fantastic employee.

Aside from this being the yummiest, the staff is amazing every single person that's helped us out has been the sweetest and we go a few times a week! My last visit was with Jaiden it was like 10 min till closing they cleaned all the machines already and I was said we can just come back but he insisted to help us out. I wish I can give 100 stars bc they deserve it!
