Taco Bell - Hialeah

I'm happy. I came this morning and 2 soft taco Supreme and 2 chalupas and they were amazing freshly done delicious. Nothing like the Taco Bell in Hialeah Gardens boulevard. Thank you guys amazing employees.

The service here is great, food has always been prepared exactly as ordered and the staff prepare it with care and pride that shows in food you are served. Stopped going to the location near my house completely after trying this location once because theservice by my house is terrible compared to this one.

Whenever you're near Hialeah Gardens, make sure to stop by this restaurant for excellent service, no matter the time—whether it's day or night, 1:30 AM, or later, you're in for a treat! The tacos, quesadillas, and burritos are generously stuffed and come with all the toppings you request—unlike the Taco Bells in Broward and most of Miami, where the tacos often arrive half-full, served by workers who seem uninterested or claim they are closed.

I give this place 1 star because there isn't an option for 0 stars. The staff didn't seem interested in working and insisted that we use the self-order tablets. At 5:55 PM, the girl was rude and disrespectful. Taco Bell lost a customer today.

I'm not sure what’s going on, but it feels like the staff at this Taco Bell either has short-term memory loss or just loves eating the orders themselves. Every time I place an order here, something is always missing from my box or meal—whether it's the taco or the chalupa. Even when I request items in a specific way, there are times when the employees seem to do whatever they want instead of following my instructions. It’s disappointing to pay a good amount of money and receive incomplete food. It should be a simple task to ensure that the meal contains all the items it’s supposed to have. For example, when I opened the taco I ordered without lettuce, it looked like someone took out their frustrations on the shell. All I ended up getting from the deluxe box were the five-layer burrito and just nacho fries. And let's not forget, it was supposed to include a Doritos Locos taco, but that was clearly not the case. It’s just ridiculous.
