Wendy's - Hialeah

I have never gotten an Order at this place correct this visit after I paid I asked the young lady that was serving me in the drive-through to please make sure I get fresh fries because the last time they were called she said OK and I heard her as the lady that was at the Fryer. And then she give me my bag and as I drove off thinking am good. oh No I wasn't my fries were not fresh they were luck worm at best. And I have stories that are even worse but this was just my last trip I normally don't leave feedback but this Wendy's has never gotten one order Right not once

This location always has a very fast moving Drive-thru. Definitely a plus.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came here for breakfast and my order was literally rock solid freezing cold like they just took it out the freezer and served it as is, I went back to get a fresh one and it seemed warm on the outside and when I bit into it, it was still cold!! Horrible experience. Never coming back to this location again

Additionally, this time it seemed like there was a new worker, or perhaps someone serving drinks that wasn't familiar with the process. My Coke just tasted like water and was lacking sweetness. When I drank it, it had a sour flavor and was really unpleasant. Supervisor, please take note of this issue; it seems like the soda machine needs to be refilled or checked. Lastly, I noticed some staff laughing, and I'm not sure why. It felt unprofessional. I hope this review helps, and I look forward to seeing some improvements.
