Hello my name is Dean. I am regularly in this Dunkin' Donuts not a great valuer of places, but this staff and their excellent service must be recognized not only is all staff always politely friendly and helpful. There is a specific person in Harris who brings it to the next level he has welcomed my coffee in memory of my order and has a real conversation not only a small exchange of conversation between employee and customer. Harris definitely has what it takes to be a manager and from the interactions we have, I feel as if he was a hard worker and really cares about customer service the history of the employees overall there are more than five stars they all get

Cashier made a mistake with my order. Girl who made my drink had no idea what she was doing, either. Not very pleased but it is what it is.

The owner needs to check his night shift workers , 3 days in row their system down and they can't take orders , What really makes me laugh they charged me extra for caramel coffee if I want caramel in my coffee????!!!!!

I ordered a small vanilla bean coolatta and i saw him making it with cream not milk!! I tried it and it was so bad and not sweet at all so I asked him to do it again to make sure it?s milk not cream, again and again it?s cream ???? when my husband told himit?s not as always he wanted to charge us for another cup then changed his mind. I?m working at dunkin I do it everyday and Iknow how it tastes like! You have to train your team guys.
