Max' Mexican Eatery - Hickory

The food is great. Lacks some on service but wasn't anything I couldn't deal with.

Food and staff are amazing!! My grandparents and I would always eat here and always there amazingly delicious Fried Ice Cream!! I loved the food and the staff. I hate they went out of business.

The food was good and the service was even better. The tacos shells were store bought but it was very good food. The beans were the big hit.

Ordered pick up for lunch today chicken burrito, side of rice, sweet tea and lunch fajitas. The food we got tasted fine, but we did not receive our rice or our tea! AND WE PAID FOR IT. There were only 5 cars in the parking lot. They could do better. But the lady at the drive thru window was very nice.

It had been many years since I've dined in MME and the one in Concord, NC was really good back in the 80's. I guess I've been spoiled by some of the other Mexican restaurants in my area in comparison to Max's.
