I was in charge of ordering lunch for 14 people last minute. I called and spoke to a sweet ripe lady and she said she would honor my last minute request and had her ready before she said. Excellent customer experience of Debbie and Emily!!!! BTW, EVERYBODY LOVED the sandwiches, salads and cookies!!!! We will order from you on a constituent basis that moves forward. Ordered my family's Thanksgiving turkey the week prior. Paid in advance and was assured my turkey was reserved. But when I arrived the day before Thanksgiving to pick it up, they told me they'd oversold ??? and no longer had any turkeys. That's one whopper of a screw-up and a deal-breaker for me. It tells me all I'll ever need to know about how this business is run. Won't be back.

We bought a ham and a turkey and they were both delicious. We have them for Easter Sunday and the pick-up process was so simple and well planned.

Had a lunch emergency and needed 4 boxed lunches in 15 minutes! The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant, took my order, and made it happen. The chicken salad on a croissant was to die for! Will definitely give them my business again but with more notice next time! Thank you!

Website says if you order ?any size half ham? online pickup by today then you get $8 off... made my online order... went out of my way to get my order... they didn?t even have my online order! Then tell me coupon not good on quarter hams... well it?s misleading online when they advertise with words ?any size?... I honestly didn?t see it?s said half ham... the ladies wouldn?t honor the discount anyways.... smh ?????... I am Off all Week except for today and it would?ve been so much more convenient to go get my items any other day except for today but I was persuaded with an advertisement that is quite misleading and they didn?t even have my order so what was the point.... seriously.... super annoyed.
