John's Chicken And Burger - Hicksville

(I'm sorry to report, but this place has permanently closed what a loss Very nicely fast food place. Variety, burgers, salads, sandwiches, rice plates and fried chicken. One of the many things I like in this place is the fast service and clean/beautiful food. Her fried chicken is not fat or has this terrible oily smell (like some places that use the same oil for weeks. There is always fresh food, my whole family enjoys the food and we have never got sick or had any food donations. Prices are very reasonable. Support for local businesses. Very recommended. Five stars. To the owner John... stop the good work and feed us delicious food.

Best chicken spot by far! I usually don't ever order chicken any where I go but I heard a lot of good about theirs and had to give it a try and it was so freaking good. It was so juicy and crispy. I also got their chicken over rice with white sauce and it was delicious! They have the best white sauce ive ever tried. The workers are also very polite and kind and the prices are very good for what you're getting the quality and the taste! I would definitely 100% be coming back and more often too!

Don’t even think twice just order. Most tasty burgers I’ve had in the area so don’t even go to any other burger joint if you’re near here. Also The gyros are absolutely amazing along with all the other food and their curly fries are flawless. 10/10

We tried this restaurant for the first time tonight. We ordered a 12-piece chicken, a chicken sandwich, and some fried shrimp. I was a bit disappointed when the portion of fries was the same size you’d typically get with a burger, but when I called to mention it, they said there had been a mistake and promptly delivered the correct size fries along with some complimentary soda! The chicken was fantastic—super crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I also loved the shrimp, and we finished off with a delicious hot apple cake for dessert. It's a lovely place, and we will definitely be returning!

My wife ordered food from here the other day, and the roasted chicken was absolutely delicious. I had some when I got home from work—it had cooled down a bit, but the skin was still very crispy, and the meat was tender and flavorful. My kids loved the mac and cheese, and I thought the lamb and rice were excellent as well. The hamburger was also really good and reminded me a bit of Burger King's flavor (maybe it was the sauce). I wanted to try this place because we came here for karate, and it really exceeded my expectations.
