The Clubhouse - Hicksville

Incredible value! I can’t believe that after six years of exploring restaurants in the area since moving to Bryan, we’ve only just discovered this hidden gem! We shared the smoker sample plate and ordered some extra sides. The meat was cooked perfectly, and the green beans and cheesy hash brown casserole were among the best I’ve ever tasted! I can’t wait to come back with my family!

You have to try their ribs, wings, or brisket—all are outstanding! On our second visit, I decided to try the Prime Rib, and I’m so glad I did! It’s served with horseradish and au jus… absolutely spectacular! Their curly fries are the best you’ll find anywhere; you’ll feel like you’re at a county fair enjoying these delicious homemade fries! They only have two beers on tap, but you can’t go wrong with a Bud Light for me and a Blue Moon for my wife. This is a fantastic little smokehouse near the state line, and you definitely won’t be disappointed!

It's a nice little spot to grab a meal. It has a cozy, family-run vibe, and the food was genuinely delicious.

I enjoyed the all-you-can-eat fish, which was excellent. The service was outstanding as well. Parking availability was also convenient.

Bill's famous sausage is as delicious as ever. The biscuits and gravy are fantastic!
