Polka Dot - High Bridge

What a wonderful little café! The owner prepares all her own bread and ice cream, and they're both incredibly delicious!

This place is amazing! Very dedicated and nice woman cooks very testy food, it is very simple but feels like homemade. The atmosphere is heartbreaking.

For $8, the ice cream was definitely undersized and lacking in toppings. The woman working there seemed to be having a rough day and was a bit rude. Unfortunately, I don’t feel inclined to return.

Had a BLT on their toasted bread the bacon was just the right Krispy and the bread was like an Irish soda bread toast what a texture just delicious

The cafe's exterior isn’t particularly eye-catching, which is probably why I decided to give it a try. After enjoying an egg and bacon sandwich, I left feeling quite satisfied. They also offer a small cooked breakfast for just an extra £1, but I’d say it’s more like a large portion. I’m definitely planning to return on Monday to give that a go!
