Mario's Pizza - High Point

We go to Mario?s on New Garden. Love the pizza, Strombolis, cheesesteak subs. Never had a bad meal. Everyone is friendly and the order is always hot, ready and error free. Closest to NY pizza.

Zero stars tonight if it were possible. Eat here for lunch Mon-Fri all the time and my pizza is PERFECT....never coming again on a Sunday evening. This is ridiculous tonight, it absolutely has to be a different staff, because one guy I notice during the week wasn't there and my pizza was made with the absolute lowest quality. I drive PAST the Wendover Mario's because of this very reason and come an additional 10-15 minutes to this location....DID NOT EXPECT THIS, and

Ordered a slice and a soda. Soda was great, the pizza was below average and I only finished it because I paid for it. Sauce doesn?t have much flavor, meatball topping fell right off, good structure and no flop but still one of the most sub par pizza slices I?ve had. Nothing to come back for.

What is this??? They just added toppings on old pizza and don't heat it. I'm a New Yorker and this is not New York Style pizza. Sad then I drove back cause it was delivered) and the next pic is a redo and it's still sad I had to ask for more cheese, I went to burger King and called it a day. Rome pizza is better..

In store experience is very different than door dash. Door dash was so bad it makes me not want to ever go back. Pizza was soggy, undercooked, the condiments we called and paid for directly no option on website) were not included. We called and all we were told was “ sorry”. If I could do no stars on this I would, it’s awful as they treat their in restaurant patrons so much better. My dollar is the same no matter how you receive it.
