Vip Teas - High Spen

Today for lunch, we had a lovely experience with four adults, a one-year-old, and his older brother. We enjoyed an assortment of food including sausage rolls, sandwiches, quiche, cakes, cones, as well as tea and coffee. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and friendly, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The cakes were absolutely delicious—my daughter even bought some to take home! Overall, it was a great afternoon, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The afternoon tea itself was absolutely delicious, and I was particularly impressed by the generous portions considering the price—we couldn't even finish it all! It felt like great value for money, especially as we enjoyed several cups of tea, coffee, and one of us ordered two large glasses of fresh fruit juice. The service was excellent, and nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff. The atmosphere in the tearoom was lovely, and it felt like a popular, bustling spot. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful experience; it's definitely worth a visit. We all agreed that we would definitely return and have shared our wonderful experience with many friends and family about how fabulous this VIP tea room is. I've been there a couple of times, and each experience has been impressive. The food is fantastic, with a wide variety of options available. The afternoon tea is especially delightful, set in a beautiful atmosphere with excellent customer service. I informed them on short notice about a gluten-free guest, and they went above and beyond to create a wonderful gluten-free afternoon tea. This place is definitely a great competitor for my usual afternoon tea spots! I can’t wait for my next visit!

Today sat and enjoyed beautiful dinoses cake and pot tee. I had my 4 year old daughter with me, which was made very welcome by the beautiful ladies who run it. would recommend def this teeshop and will be back!

I loved the decor, cutlery and crockery in this quaint and friendly tea room. There was a good selection of cakes and the ones we sampled tasted delicious! I'd definitely recommend a visit.
