Noodle Nation - High Wycombe

Cheap, but very edible food in a bowl. And fast! The food arrives very soon after you order even when place is busy. Usually a good atmosphere. Downsides. If you don't want food in a bowl... Also, sometimes there are delays getting a table (well, bench usually), and sometimes getting your order taken. This branch does not serve coffee! Other reviews showing appear to be for different restaurant (in Oxford).

Good food at reasonable prices, the perfect lunchtime place as the service is very quick.

I LOVE NOODLE NATION!!! The menu is similar to a chain like wagamamas, but with slightly more variety and starter options. The staff were all very friendly, and the place had a great atmosphere. Food was very reasonably priced and portion size was very filling. Will definitely return on my next visit to Wycombe.

I recently moved to the area, and absolutely LOVE Noodle Nation. The Sweet and Sticky Chicken (number 160 when I was here) is so, so so good!!! Super fast service, especially getting food, it's almost immediate! The waitservice isn't noteworthy in a good or bad way, it's just kind of there. But, the food is so so good, it doesn't matter much! DEFINITELY go here!

Okay, granted, most places in the world don 't have an enormous Chinese community to enforce the authenticity of the food offered, and at least they don 't put Worcestershire sauce in the food, as I 've experienced at some chippies. (You know, the kind of place that has Tandoori chicken, egg rolls, and chips as a menu choice. But still, after being told that the food here is just like in Hong Kong , I found it a crushing disappointment. It 's not actually bad, you understand. It 's just not Chinese. More like Advanced Chinese Food Substitute, actually. This place wouldn 't last six weeks in Hong Kong. Not even in Disco Bay.
