Birch Cafe - Highland Heights

I had a bagel for breakfast and a burrito brought to the house for dinner. I will make this to my regular stop when I am in cleveland. updated by the previous review on 2022 10 02

The first thing I noticed here is how friendly the workers were. I am not the most social person, but they started courtesy talk and made me feel very welcome. they heated up a breakfast sandwich when I arrived to pick up my order. I have desserted my sweet tooth and also looked at her desserts. I had the bacun, sausage, egg cheese breakfast bagel sandwich. I really liked all of them, but I had some feedback about the bagel. it was very hard, not burned, but too hard to chew. I'm not sure it was because it was sown too long or when it was stabbed, but I had to throw most of it. my personal preference is for a slightly roasted breakfast bagel, crack on the outside and chew inside. I grabbed a pop tea for the street. it was very good and a nice snack for the next part of my trip. overall I liked this place and the service. I just wanted to share feedback about the hard bagel and maybe that was just a fuke. I would come back! updated by previous review on 2022 09 22

Great all vegan places. all good and food and gift items also. the people were also very friendly!

We've often picked up sandwiches. always good and loved by the non vegan, also. they were from one of our accusations, so I put in the column “Notes” that if they have the Greek, please put it in our order and they did! great love to the detail and wonderful service. non vegans could not over how well the food tasted.

Really nice cafe with lots of vegan sandwiches and baked goods. Loved that it was right off the highway since we’re traveling. The market in there was really cute, serving vegan groceries and home goods. Staff was very friendly, they asked us to pin on their map where we were from! Wish the eggs where in patty form for the breakfast sandwiches, it was a little messy to eat, other than that it was super yummy. A little expensive for the value but sure did love the convenience.
