Dunkin' - Highland Park

This use to be my fav dunkin I would drive from glenview since that is were I live now but not after today I always order caramel macchiato today I could not even taste the coffee usually macchiatos have lots of espresso so sad the quality haschanged this drink tasted like an iced latte they never messed up my drink before only my husband ordering iced americanos twicethey gave him more like iced coffee terrible won?t be coming back

Great location with a great drive thru. I enjoy their coffee and a great app to earn free drinks.

The coffee was excellent and the donuts were delicious.

When I got home, I discovered that my sweet tea was unsweetened. Seriously? I got back in the car and drove back to the restaurant, which is within walking distance from my house. When I went inside, I saw the doughnuts I had originally wanted and asked for a sweet tea. The employee again wanted to argue about the sugar. I simply asked her if I could have a fresh sweet tea or a refund. She rolled her eyes and made the sweet tea for me. If you’re having a bad day, you should take the day off. If you’re unhappy with your job, find something else to do. I will also be contacting corporate about this experience.

This is my third visit to this location. The first time, they messed up my order twice. The second time was alright, but today was my final visit. I ordered an iced coffee, but they made it hot instead. When I asked for the iced coffee, they simply poured the hot coffee over ice and handed it back to me. I also ordered a hot coffee, but it was only filled halfway. It feels like the entire staff is made up of young people who don't really seem to care about their jobs. I would recommend going to another Dunkin’.
