Mountain Fresh Grocery - HIGHLANDS

How can you go to Highlands and not stop. From fantastic breakfasts to amazing lunches and awesome dinners. Not to mention great Pizza too. A must for anyone who goes to Highlands.

We used to love to come here for delicious sandwiches and soup/chili, however, unfortunately the quality has gone downhill significantly. From service, to food quality overall poor experience. We will go to our other favorites in town for consistent good food and service with a smile. I would suggest trying other places in town and avoid Mountain Fresh.

Eh. Not impressed. VERY expensive with limited choices on staples , prepared food is so-so, very dark inside and shopping experience was not great as store flow was strange and locating items difficult. Only grocery in town so be warned.

Great food; efficient service; clean. Enjoyed the breakfast and ambiance very much. A must-do while in Highlands. Quaint.

Good wines, good coffee, nice home-made breads, and really delicious food made on the premises. Eat one of their hearty sandwiches, on-site inside or outside, or take it away. They offer full meals each day of the week prepared as take-away dinners. A set menu, with one offering each day. We had two great meals, generous for 2 people (with leftovers).
