Subway - HIGHLANDS

I have a sub-sandwich and it had paper in the ingredients called the manager several times and she would not finally call the health department and she finally pick up the phone and she told me to get it into the subway and if I told her she said she was not telling me she would not refund my money or try to solve this problem. I'll never come back from this subway, and I wouldn't give them a good review to everyone.

The restaurant should stick to their advertised hours of operation. The sign on the door indicated that they close at 7 o'clock, but they were already closed with lights off at 5:55. It's difficult for locals to plan meals there when they are not dependable with their service hours. Highland residents beware.

Absolutely terrible experience. I'm gonna go in with my daughter to command you. yes, we had a mask on because my daughter has low wbc and is high risk. I said the four times that I wanted and she was acting like she couldn't hear me. Finally I opened my app and put my phone in front of her while I tried to say what I want. she came back and told me she didn't serve me. I said, you mean, I'm just trying to show you what I wanted, and of course she can hear me now when she acted as she couldn't do it before. She said I didn't serve you, I said again, I'm just showing you what I wanted, because you couldn't hear me the four times I told you. She said if you don't go, I'll call the bulls. at this time I was very upset as we were treated when I did nothing wrong. I finally looked at her, called her what she was and left. my daughter was humiliated and I never had such experience in my life. If she had to turn off the music, she might have heard me. the younger lady has never said that a word has stopped her head. this woman does not have to work there and I work here in highlands and searched somewhere fast, but I will make sure that the word here in the office and spread several other offices here my experience. I feel like it was because we wore a mask. be nice that some people have to wear them out of a ground. Look at you! I know there are cameras and I feel they have to be pulled up!

Went at 1:15 and the hours on the door said open but the doors were locked. No explanation given.

The prices at this restaurant fluctuate daily. You can order the same dish five times in a row, and it will never cost the same.
