Trama's At One Willow - HIGHLANDS

We visited One Willow a year ago to celebrate my mother's birthday, and we returned last weekend for my parents' anniversary. The food was just as delicious as we remembered from our previous visit. Our waitress was incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive. We started our meal with the Mexican street corn, lump crab, and calamari. The street corn had a delightful balance of sweetness and spiciness, while the calamari was perfectly cooked and practically melted in our mouths. For my main course, I tried the miso black cod, which I had never had before, and I highly recommend it. It was exceptionally tender with a subtly sweet flavor. The restaurant's atmosphere is also a major plus, featuring stunning views of the boats and water. We look forward to returning for our third visit soon!

Amazing location. High-quality food and staff. View is just awesome. Happy hour is a must go. May be the best place to eat on this side of Monmouth County. Must try restaurant.

I got the lobster roll and it was really good. The service was also fine. However, when I went to the bar and asked for a drink, they said I was too young. However, while this is fine, I was asking for one without alcohol. Yes, I know I'm only 12; but they should be nice enough to serve me a drink if I ask for it with 0 alcohol. I was also SUPER embarrassed. However, apart from that, great restaurant.

One Willow impressed us once again during a recent special event. Chef Nick and General Manager Jason organized a delightful wine pairing evening that truly showcased their expertise in satisfying guests. The food was absolutely outstanding, and we’re eager to return for the regular menu as well. The cocktails for the event were crafted with incredible attention to detail and were simply fantastic. The head bartender, who recently earned her sommelier license, created some of the best sangria I’ve ever tasted at the latest Australian wine event. I highly recommend giving One Willow a try; you won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to go back!

One Willow is a truly breathtaking restaurant, featuring an incredible 180-degree unobstructed view of the ocean. We recently collaborated with Jason Jessie to organize a memorable happy hour birthday celebration, and it surpassed all our expectations. The food was exquisite, and the bar staff—Ryan, Morgan, Jackie, Kevin, and Liam—were outstanding. This place has quickly become our favorite spot for Sunday afternoons. It's not only a wonderful venue to relax and enjoy but also a perfect location for hosting special events. Jessie is exceptional. Thank you, Jason and One Willow, for an unforgettable afternoon.
