Baskin-robbins - Highlands Ranch

Came in after lunch and I like this Baskin Robbins much more than others. The shop was clean and workers were friendly even with a rush of customers. I've been here many times now and everytime it's a positive experience. My family and I always are treated nicely and makes us feel welcomed. Lots of flavors to choose from and my favorite was cereal milk. Not too sweet and works well in combination with many other flavors

Didn't realize I left my wallet till I was about to pay (for 2 single scoops). I tried to come up with a solution , Apple Pay or providing the card info for her to enter and she just said no we don't take that. I'm looking at her like, ok your just going to throw the cone away why don't you offer to give to me and keep me as a customer happy leaving your store? Nope, I left sad back home no ice cream. Make sure to bring your wallet and be ready for ppl with no common sense.

One of our boys asked for a mint chip ice cream cake with chocolate cake for his birthday. I figured the best option was to have it made at BR to get everything he wanted. Photo on the left is what I ordered, clearly a fondant icing, and pale color with gray beading along the bottom. More clean lines and mature colors. The bow tie is sharp lines and also molded out of fondant. I get there and the cake on the right is what was ready. It was hideous. Looked like some ugly ocean cake they globbed on a sort of bow tie. Complete wrong colors that stained everything so bad it wasn?t even funny. The guy working was clearly embarrassed to be giving it over and I didn?t want to take it. Who orders the left and wants the right? He called his manger and she said I could leave without or just take a few followers off. Like $6 off a $40 cake! Party was in about two hours. I had no choice. He said, the photos aren?t theirs and not done by them. Like by BR at all. So they can?t say they will look like what is in the picture. So why put them up?! FYI, don?t go by their custom photos and think you will get what you are hoping for. You might get garbage and they won?t care. Go anywhere else; and it will be better. Especially for the price and size. Terri le experience. Terrible manager on Saturday the 21st of may on call.

There were three young girls working yesterday, and they were so rude! The waffle was very stale and the price point for a small scoop is ridiculous. We threw away most of our ice cream because it was such a disappointing experience overall.

Highly recommend, very clean nice workers and delicious ice cream!
