Smashburger - Highlands Ranch

Instructions when visiting the smash: 1 Order the Colorado Burger (fresh green chilies with pepper jack cheese! 2 Get the smash fries (loaded with garlic and olive oil 3 Grab a beer while you wait (this location is always busy AF 4 Ask for Sheri (she opens various stores across the country and was beyond helpful, friendly and nice! 5 Eat there or take it home and stuff your face! 6 Repeat. I can 't wait to return! Pro Tip: Check the website and/or mail, for buy one get one coupons!

Getting my burger which I really like. They are very tasty and you can also opt to go for a salad. You can pick and choose the toppings and they make it fresh. You'll have to wait a bit but it is worth it. Make it a combo and get the fries. I personally suggest the Cobb salad, it comes with bacon and fried egg.

This afternoon was the 2nd time we 've been disappointed by this location. The cashier heard my order wrong and Delivered the wrong fries. When i said so, he took my food away and then came back it a few minutes later because the manager said no, we cant replace it. We asked to speak with the manager, so he took the food again. Then the cashier person came back out with new fries and my same burger, which was now cold. Also, they forgot the bbq sauce on the other meal we ordered. Both burgers were not like what we 've enjoyed in the past.

Well..... I loved the hamburger, it was really good. I am giving it one star though because the girl who took our order drank part of my shake. Let me explain, that all Smashburgers I have been to have always given you the metal shake cup with the rest of your shake. Unfortunately the girl behind the counter must have thought it was hers. So part of my shake I paid for is in her stomach, not mine.

Although the manager was nice when ordering he was on break when we were waiting and waiting and waiting for our food. 3 people and the first order came out 15 minutes before the last. Not quite sure how your supposed to eat a meal together. Was not busy. To be this inconsistent with timing seems ridiculous in corporate restaurant. All in all terrible experience
