Cold Stone Creamery - Hightstown

The ice cream is tasty, but the staff is quite rude and unfriendly. I ordered my items, and the person who served me gave me three scoops for a medium tub. My friend ordered a large milkshake, but instead received a small one. When I asked for my ice cream, which he had prepared earlier, he seemed completely confused. He then went to the freezer and carelessly threw the ice cream on the ground in front of me. Is there really no training in customer service here? I would rather go to Dairy Queen.

We ordered delivery, and I got two "Love It" waffle bowls. Instead, we received one "Love It," one "Like It," and two sugar cones, even though the menu clearly stated "waffle bowl." When I called to address the issue, the owner was helpful and offered to give us a free waffle bowl on our next order.

Today, I went to this restaurant with my friends and unfortunately, I found a hair in my ice cup, which was quite disgusting. When I asked for a refund, the staff ignored my request and continued to greet other customers, which made the experience even more unpleasant. The overall cleanliness of the place was already questionable, leaving me with no desire to return. I cannot recommend this restaurant!

Came here a few times because of their milkshakes and they were good. but this last time they had someone new, probably summer aid, and not only did they give me a smaller cup than I ordered, which I did not notice until I was gone, but the milkshake was also mixed over too much milk in it. will seriously reconsider the return.

We love ColdStone and this Coldstone servers good ice cream. But the custom service is horrid to non existent. The manager/owner was rude to unpleasant all the time we were there, it felt like he was doing us a favor providing ice cream.???????? As much as we loved the ice cream, I would really think twice about going there with this kind of attitude.
