Ponderosa Steakhouse - Hillsboro

It's not too bad. The steaks are really good and the Sirloin tips. I prefer to live some of the food. I think some of the foods could be reinforced. The owner is a beautiful person. Customer service pretty good. It's also a buffet. And her business over the street HoltField. Has the most amazing sweet tea. Absolutely sweet people who work very hard workers there. I love both companies! She is a great owner, very friendly and sweet. But she knows her business.

It's been decades since I've been here, and they're even in a new building. Pleasantly surprised nice atmosphere, awesome extended salad bar, and wonderful service. Even though I live more than 30min away, will definitely be back again! I've already bragged about it and suggested to others.

Steaks were overcooked, but the buffet was pretty good. Pricing for a weekday is starting to get a little expensive though. For 3 meals plus the buffet, an additional adult buffet, and a kids buffet it was $160.00 on a Wednesday. I'd hate to see what it would have cost if we had went on the weekend. In addition we have an hour drive to get there. Service was great and everyone was really friendly.

My husband and I went to dinner for the first time since moving to the area. We went around 630 and got through the short line quickly. Buffet was well kept, food was great! Our server was friendly and kept our drinks filled. The restaurant was clean. By far the best food and service we've had since covid began. We'll definitely be back! Brought back great childhood memories too. Neither of us had been to a ponderosa since the 90s.

Greeted at door by a masked hostess. Rapidly seated and the feast began. Food offerings were plentiful, hot and delicious. Salad and dessert bar were fresh and appealing. Server even thanked me for visiting and gave me a large to go iced tea, for my 2 hour trip home. Very Nice visit.
