Taqueria Ochoa - Hillsboro

One of the best Shrimp Cocktails in town. It was so good I was half way before I remembered to take a picture. It was very fresh and tasty. The tacos were very good. We had Lengua and Carnitas Tacos. It was 111 F outside, and their air conditioning does not work so it was a hot meal time; hence, the three cervezas in the background that helped us endure the heat.

I visited this restaurant for a Torta, which is a large Mexican-style sandwich, and I was delighted by the delicious food. The floors could use a good sweep every now and then. However, the tables were clean during my last two visits. Parking can be a bit limited, but they are currently constructing more spots, which should help. Overall, I would definitely give it a thumbs up!

I hadn't visited this restaurant in years, but I'm really glad I returned. They still serve some of the best tacos and food in town. We ordered several items from the outdoor menu, including carne asada tacos, pastor tacos, a breakfast burrito, a chicken quesadilla, and a piece of grilled chicken. The food is made to order, and they were quite efficient in getting it to us. The flavors of the tacos were delicious and satisfying. The breakfast burrito was substantial and definitely filling. The grilled chicken was flavorful as well. Overall, you can't go wrong dining here.

Authentic Mexican food with fantastic flavors. The staff is friendly and attentive. I recommend opting for takeout instead of dining in. We ordered #27 Bistec con Camarones but substituted the steak for chicken, turning it into Pollo con Camarones. We also enjoyed two chicken tacos, one fish taco, and one shrimp taco.
