Up In Smoke Bbq - Hillsboro

It was good. We ordered the texas mess on steroids and I thought it would be bigger, but my husband and I shared it with my 1 year old (which eats like a 3 year old) and it was more than enough. The food was very tasty and the meat was tender. We'll return when we're back in the area.

Very good for the money. I had the Brisket (sliced), Sausage and Pulled Pork. The sauce is far better than most places. I mixed the spicy mild for just the right amount of heat and flavor. The brisket was moist and tender.

Great BBQ! I WAS SURPRISED! I got the brisket and Jalapeno link, with Jalapeno beans and red potatoes. All great and delicious. I recommend it even to all vegan people to eat here!

I enjoyed the good tea, and the brisket was quite solid. However, the corn dog was a bit cold in the middle. On the bright side, I really loved the green beans, jalapeño beans, and mac and cheese. The customer service was quick and friendly, and the place was clean. The kids appreciated the funny signs. Overall, it’s a perfect pit stop when you’re hungry!

Delicious! I ordered the Tater n' Garbage, which features a baked potato topped with BBQ sauce, chopped brisket, chives, and cheese. It was really tasty! The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly. I definitely recommend this charming little spot for a great BBQ experience.
