Amano Fish Cake Factory - Hilo

As a local and dedicated fan of Hilo's Amano products, I would gladly give this business a 10-star rating. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find their products in Las Vegas, NV. I used to enjoy the Uzumaki steamed fish cake at Takahashi's Market and the extensive selection of Hawaii products in San Mateo, CA, where I lived for many years. In my experience, nothing compares to Amano's products in terms of taste, moisture, and smoothness. I've tried many brands of fish cakes, but they often seem too dense and lack the quality, texture, and flavor that Amano delivers. I really hope they can find a distributor in Las Vegas, known as the "ninth island," because I truly miss their products!

I love bringing Amanos Fishcake as a gift for my relatives on the mainland and the outer islands. The taste and texture are exceptional!

I just wanted to mention that I found a hair in my Gobo Tempura. Please be more careful.

It's a small family business. But it is obvious that they are proud to produce a quality product. They even wrap every order in a beautiful box. The ladies are so friendly and efficient.

Very friendly and helpful. Cheaper than going to the store and fresher. They even gift wrapped my box just like in the store.
