Unfriendly. Hottest day of the year and we (family with small child) were snapped at through the window when we wanted to open a sunshade on the terrace, saying we should leave the sunshade... all the other guests were also surprised at such an absolutely incomprehensible behavior... something like that we haven't seen it yet...
