Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Hinesville

Popeyes needs a overhaul. They need more staff and cleanliness of the store is horrible. People selling tshirt inthe lobby were so no seating for the actual customers whom should be enjoying their meals. The chicken sizes are the size of baby chicks and the high prices are for a turkey. Whats going on with Popeyes in Hinesville. I waited for 30 minutes to still be told, sorry no biscuuts with 4 people in the back at 7pm . There is no excuse for observation and preplanning this reflects poor management. The staff is overwhelmed and tried their best .

Employees not in best mood, don't allow mobile order pickup through the drive thru even though the app states to pickup through the drive through. Ordered blackened shrimp but the cook in the back said she wasn't going to make anymore, I requested cocktail sauce and didn't get any

Everytime I come to this location this SAME employee has the worst attitude ever. Tonight especially pissed me off. I ordered a 12 piece wing, when asked WHAT FLAVOR I wanted I told her SWEET AND SPICY AND HONEY BBQ with EXTRA HONEY BBQ! After watching her prepare my order, I noticed that she made 6 honey bbq wings and 6 spicy wings. I then informed her AGAIN of what I wanted. She preceded to say “YOU’VE SHOULD CLARIFIED THAT! “. I damn sure didn’t say HALF AND HALF!Please hire people who wants to work and not those desperate for a job the customer service always tell.
