Consistency is there that it’s always the same regular burger. It’s an overpriced burger from “insert franchise name here”

Faith provided me with phenomenal service ! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and great service which is much appreciated.Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back when I’m in Hoboken!

Manager David creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The dining area is well-maintained, and the food is delicious.

I ordered the Shack Burger, crinkle-cut fries with cheese, and a frozen hot chocolate shake. The Shack Burger was impressive, especially the potato bun, which was delightfully soft and perfectly buttered before toasting. The patty was cooked to perfection, and now I see why this chain is often regarded as one of the best in town! The fries, however, were not as great; they lacked the ideal crispiness and were a bit too salty, though the portion size was generous. On a positive note, the frozen hot chocolate shake was absolutely delicious—definitely one of the best shakes I've had in a long time! It was topped with marshmallows, adding to its fantastic flavor. Overall, I had a lovely experience. The ambiance of the restaurant is inviting, and the service was quick!

The customer service was outstanding, from taking my order to delivering my food right to my seat. As for the vegetarian options, I was pleased to see they offered a homemade veggie burger instead of a typical Impossible Burger.
