The best pizza in Delaware! Owner Ryan is extremely dedicated to the food he prepares and it truly reflects in the quality. The pizza sauce is outstanding, the sandwich bread is homemade, and the wings are cooked to perfection. I have sampled a variety of items from their menu and everything has been exceptional. I heard that the owner is selling the restaurant, but he assures that the new owner will maintain the same standards. I hope so, because this place consistently serves delicious food. Give them a try, you won't be let down.

The food at this restaurant was satisfactory, especially considering its location in Hockessin, DE. However, I was surprised by the high ratings and reviews as I personally did not find it exceptional. The owner tries to offer unique and creative menu items that are made to order. Unfortunately, our dining experience was quite unpleasant. The tables were dirty, there were no napkins available, and the restaurant had a strong grease smell. Additionally, the language and behavior of the owner, Ryan, was inappropriate and offensive, ranging from profanity to anti-semitic remarks. I was eager to leave and my daughter was also uncomfortable. Even if the food had been excellent, I would not return to this restaurant. There are better options in nearby Kennett Square where I can enjoy a meal without being subjected to such behavior.

Haven't tried the pizza yet but this was the best cheesesteak I've had. Ingredients are better quality than what you get at most cheesesteak places. Definitely stands out among Hockessin food options.

Cotti's Pizza is without a doubt the top spot in Delaware for both steak and pizza. It surpasses both Capriotti's and Pat's. Ryan's commitment to ensuring the highest quality of steak shines through in every bite. The steak rolls that he bakes himself are truly impressive. Don't miss out on this fantastic restaurant. While the location may not be in a new building, the quality of the food is exceptional!
