Domino's Pizza - Hoffman Estates

I called and spent more than 7 mins to order 2 simple medium pizza. Central calling center to take orders for all stores? Do you have scripts what to say? I had to tell something three times and I did not want anything else but pizza. If your company is not doing something about this, I will switch to someone else.

Nick manager was very rude initially he took order at 7:00pm with delivery within. 30mins but he called but at 8:00pm and said we cannot delivery then again i helped him with adress but he said we cannot deliver until nexy hour and half…. very rude i would say its really bad person to deal with

I sent my friends to this place with my highest recommendations. I go their often. This recommendation is always successful. The dishes they serve are appetizing and the crew is welcoming and cooperative. Every time we eat in this place we have a pleasant evening. warmly recommended.

Terrible. Tried to tell me I ordered the wrong thing. I did not. My online order was correct. They messed up and were too lazy to fix their mistake.Will never be back.
