Mcdonald's - Hoffman Estates

I have renewed my faith in McDonald's. I was ready to give up on it entirely, but today you have restored my trust. Out of all the McDonald's I've visited, this location exceeded my expectations. Not only did they get my order right, but the chefs prepared the Egg McMuffin to perfection. It turned out to be a surprisingly good day.

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant, even on a busy weeknight. The staff was truly hardworking and handled the hectic environment with great professionalism. I want to give a huge shoutout to an employee named Trey for his outstanding customer service during such a stressful time. He excels at managing customers and definitely deserves a raise. I would rate this place a perfect 10/10 and highly recommend it! On top of that, they served the best Diet Coke I've ever had. If you visit, make sure to ask for Trey and let him know what a fantastic job he’s doing. He should definitely be nominated for Employee of the Year!

The cashier was quite rude. After I mentioned that I needed to place another order, she left to chat with two of her coworkers, and they were being very loud. Normally, I wouldn't mind, but when you're working, it's important to be considerate of customers. I had to shout to get her attention. Thankfully, another employee eventually assisted me, but the other two continued to talk and laugh loudly.
