Moon Garden - Hoffman Estates

Among all the Chinese restaurants in the Schaumburg-Hoffman area, this is the one I frequent the most. While the ambiance leaves something to be desired, the food is excellent. Additionally, the prices are quite affordable! I highly recommend Moon Garden.

The food at this restaurant was absolutely amazing, and I really miss it. Does anyone know where they’ve relocated and their new hours?

Some of my absolute favorites include the Chef's Special, Sweet and Sour Chicken, and Sweet and Sour Pork. My family loves the Chicken Subgum, shrimp with pea pods, and eggs foo yung (I hope I spelled that correctly). I could go on about our favorites, but let me get back to the main point: I recommend this place for anyone craving Chinese food, and nobody I've brought has ever been disappointed. One of the best aspects of this restaurant is the incredible prices. For under $10, you can enjoy a full lunch that includes a soup, an egg roll, a giant plate of food, and fried rice. The only thing I would change is the background music, which is a local pop station played quietly enough to be background noise. As for the atmosphere, while it might appear a bit tired, if you visit, you'll find it as good as I do. I can't recommend this place enough, and I hope to keep coming back for many years to come.
