Pizza Villa - Holbaek

We bought pizzas and durum here a few times the last weeks. It is expensive, but we found that the quality was ok and just a geek better than Lucianos opposite. But both times we have experienced 20 30 minutes of delays in fht when you had promised that the food should be done. Last time it was worst! We prepared the food online at 15 to pick up at 18. At 18:08 I was in the restaurant, and it seemed as if they were not going to make any of the order. They even started and ask me about details in the order and how to make the food nice everything was ordered in advance. Furthermore, they could not find out that not the disgusting ham product and discounted hamper on the e of the pizzas, although stated in the order. When I asked when the food was done, the owner said “about 3 minutes”. But it was just not. There went 10 minutes, so it ended up our food was 25 min late. No excuses or compensations exactly as the first time we bought food there. On a national match evening where you have just pre-ordered to avoid waiting time, it is particularly unacceptable. We also knew that while we were waiting to talk to the girl at the disk(s were several who had ordered at 18 and had not their food 20 min later... then she took the phone to service us in the store. It seems like this restaurant has difficult to say no to any orders with the consequence that even the pre-order things are all too delayed. Never more pizza from this place!!!

Sweet people always. Never wait more than 20min ors is it always 10min Just taste good. Meet someone’s wishes.

All pizzas can be made without gluten. Only tried it once but it worked out fine.

Excellent food, but WAY too expensive. It's great that their pizza starts at DKK

Really bad service wait a little over hours for my order as the bar is pizzas .. bad method they have with delivering. They choose to wait until there are deliveries that can be driven out at the same time instead of leaving with people's food from here
