Food had an aftertaste, perhaps old oil. Wasn't impressed. Left hungry

Great food and great atmosphere. Everyone is light-hearted and quick to laugh at the spray accossiated with opening a lobster. They give bibs for you and the people near you. There are plenty of napkins and a great time. They have in-house dining and a window for outside dining.

Very disappointed in this place our party of 5 arrived for a lobster feast visiting from Florida but They wouldn’t cook us anything steamed. We arrived at 7:23 pm waitress said no steaming of lobster mussels or clams which was our main items we wanted. 8 minutes past their cut off time so we went to another place and had a great seafood Dinner. Was a big loss too Jones Lobster Company we spent $587 for 5 people really would have expected better.

NOW customers have to swipe a card for each and every entree and drink and not just the entirety of the bill? I know of NO other restaurant in the entire state that does that. I've always given a pass on the so-so food quality and so-so portion sizes because the service was very good...but now? There's no reason to go back. People are far better served going to Just Barbs in Stockton Springs for FAR better seafood or the Thirsty Whale in Bar Harbor. Both places have better prices as well and don't make you swipe a card for every single item. Ridiculous.

Just stop here, trust me. Absolutely banging lobster roll and friendly service
