Írjon visszajelzéstJarrett, Jeremiah, and Ashley were the most attentive Wawa employees I have ever encountered. I needed to take food home for my dog, and they were kind enough to check the ingredients to ensure there was no garlic or onion. They should be commended and given the respect they deserve for being such hardworking employees who deserve a raise!
Wawa is incredible! This Wawa has all the staples you'd expect from a fine Wawa establishment; food counter, custom beverage station, somebody running a register, a supervisor holding the door shut screaming that someone isn't allowed inside, and things on shelves. In fact, as far as things on shelves go, they always make sure the shelves are shelved with things one would want to acquire from shelves with things. Top notch. Now, I know what you're thinking, they don't have the electric car charging stations here in Pasco Wawa on 19, but they make up for it in shelved things, entertainment, and a clear sense of efficient direction from the staff. After a long day at work, it's convenient for me to order food from my mobile app, and then stop by for the convenient experience of picking it up, which they have made an absolute breeze. The process is simple! There's a large conspicuous sign pointing to directly where you should pick up your prepaid food items. It's hanging directly above the register, which says employees only. Now, they don't want you, the paying customer, to go through all the hassle of grabbing your food from a shelf. No, it must be delivered. To your hand. From authorized hands. From the authorized space. From which you've been designated to pick it up. If it's there. And there are available authorized hands. Otherwise, it might be elsewhere. In an area with ample authorized hands that aren't available. But they'll happily explain that you should speak up, since they have no idea why you're standing there. This is fair, since standing at a Wawa food counter is an enjoyable way to pass time when you're not waiting patiently for some food item behind that counter. I'd imagine they frequently get all kinds of thrill seekers looking to just stand there gawking in awe at the food prep prowess on display. In fact, last week I took my significant other there for date night and we spent 2.5 hours just standing there watching silently. Although, occasionally she'd speak up and opine on what might happen next, and I'd have to shush her and remind her not to give away spoilers to others watching. Be respectful of the experience, ya know? Needless to say, their helpful direction to speak up/wait patiently in line, pick up at the counter or register, go to an empty space where there is no staff and wait some more, or occupy a busy space with a ton of staff, where your food is not, is all very clear and concise which makes the entire experience more enjoyable. In fact, I'd even recommend this adventure over such other fun activities as sitting in gridlock on 19, or arriving early for dental work. If you can find the time to set aside to visit this little gem, you'll waste even more time in a state of arbitrary confusion than you did reading this review.
This location has the hardest working employees of all the local wawa?s in Pasco County, particularly the employees behind the food order counter. Wawa?s have been notoriously lazy about having items in stock and on the order menu from Pasco and Tampa stores as well as St. Pete. But some how this location seems to have the goods regularly. And when they don?t the often will tell you while making the order, which gives the customers a chance to substitute. This is not often a practice at other locations. We have witnessed employees actively staying on top of the ordering screen systems by updating the system, which again is not often the case at other locations. In fact we would say it a problem at most other stores. The homeless locals really have a foothold here.
This used to be my go-to spot for a meal, but the steep increase in prices has made it no longer worth the value.
I had a disappointing experience at Wawas Vagrant after an incident with a vagrant at another closed gas station. The employee there used their phone to call 911 but left shortly after, leaving me waiting for help for an hour. The vagrant became aggressive and I had to show my firearm to protect myself. It was disappointing that the employee allowed the vagrant to use their phone instead of helping a paying customer. I will not be returning to this facility again.
