Arby's - Holladay

They're are always so polite and nice. Our food is almost always perfect. And when a couple times it wasn't... We came in the next day and were immediately taken care of sincerely. The ladies there are the best! On a side note, we also doordash...Arby's tends to do a good job having orders ready, but this location is a always on it and communicative if there is a wait onfryables. They rock!

Did the drive thru. Ordered a total of 8 sandwiches. Asked for lots of each: bronco berry, Arby 's sauce and Horsey sauce. Got 3 of each. And only three napkins for 8 sandwiches. Sandwiches were extremely dry. Young lady at the drive thru needed to learnthe word please . We were ordered to pull forward even though no one was behind us.

The staff they have is wonderful. However, I wish I didn't have to use the drive-thru; I would prefer to go inside and dine.

Our order was taken promptly, and we received exactly what we requested. There was a sign informing customers that some items might not be available at the time, which was helpful for making our selection.

I didn't receive half of my order that I had paid for. I only got one item along with several sauces for items that were missing. The woman taking orders was also on a private phone call while helping customers.
