Standard facility! No issues, thank you. Decent options and I do like their salads.

Staff had good energy, but I didn't want lettuce on my sandwich ended up with it anyways. Also we ordered the Chili due to being a chilly day out, trying a new sandwich shop. We ordered the chili I swear it was just chili soup. Pretty much a few tiny pieces of I think meat, like no joke, only like 2 kidney/chili beans in both containers we got, so I'm calling it chili. Smh do better pls thank u

I came to the restaurant at 8:55 pm they guy told me to hold on one minute then saaid we are closed . Whoever owns this establishment i will make sure i call corporate to tell them you are not operating at full hours but they said they was understaffed closed in 15 and i saw 3 people walk out the store 1 dude and 2 girls this is beyond customer service

I have never had a good experience using the drive-thru. Every single time, they forget something. Chips, mac, a whole sandwich. It is ALWAYS something. They make it very clear they do not care how accurate your order is. It is up to you to double check everything in the bag, and if you forget to, tough luck.

We went to Potbelly for lunch, after which we were going to the bank to make a deposit. A gentleman in a red polo shirt asked us if we had dropped any outside. I, forgetting I had this cash, said No . Well, when we got to the bank, I realized a sizable amount of money was missing! And then the gentleman 's question came back to me. So we called Potbelly. We identified how much we were missing and they confirmed this wonderful guy turned it into them. And then, Potbelly covered his lunch! Thank yous and HUZZAHS all around.
