Írjon visszajelzéstThere has been too many problems for me to ignore. Multiple times I asked for a beef burrito and they gave me steak that I do not like. Multiple times we've pulled up and they've told us they have the outside lights off on purpose to have people think they aren't open. Tonight was the second time my husband ordered on the app, pulled in and they informed him they didn't have beef and wouldn't substitute with another meat but rather rice, black beans or potatoes. At this point I'm upset because I ordered for the meat in my tacos. My husband pulls around to ask to cancel the order and they tell him, never mind we have beef.
Food as expected. Not authentic Mexican food but love the Supreme Burritos.
Chose to go inside instead of drive through n that was the mistake I made,smh.. took 20 minutes to get my order even though there wasn’t much people plus the guy that was making my food looked high as a kite, moves like he was in no hurry
Been there several times for lunch, this is the closest location to me. I've never had a problem with order accuracy and this can be a very busy location. My biggest issue with TB is that I find their menu to be too limited. Their prices are also getting a little ridiculous, today 12-19-203, they list the Nachos BellGrande on their website as $6.69, which is almost the price of a meal. When you charge that much, you re bumping up next the the real Mexican restaurants and their nachos, which are infinitely superior. I'd also suggest not ordering tacos ahead of time, if they sit in the bag too long they absolutely stick to their wrappings in a way that you won't appreciate. The staff at this location can be a mixed bag at best.
This location used to be fine. The last few times I've gone the food and especially the sauces have been underfilled. They also removed some of their value boxes that other locations in town still carry. Will not return until they improve.
