The choriqueso (as it's listed on the menu) was excellent, and the enchiladas verde were delicious as well, with the quality of the chicken really standing out to me. However, the dish wasn't cooked long enough; the cheese didn’t melt properly, and the beans and rice were only lukewarm. If the dish had been prepared correctly, I would have rated it five stars. The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was quite busy. I believe this was my third visit to this location, and I've returned several times since my initial review. This place is quickly becoming my go-to for Mexican food. The staff consistently provides friendly and attentive service. My main issue is that the sauced dishes could use a bit more sauce. My favorite dish is definitely the Enchiladas Verdes, and I should mention that their beans are outstanding.
