Fisher's Delicatessen - Hollister

I had quite every salad (in season) and most ducks. I cannot say enough for the consistent excellence in the quality of these cooks food. It is unique, the boiled flavors are savory, the salads are fresh and robust in size and dressing flavors. Just the best salads I've ever had, period. The first steak I ordered was so good, I'm now urging all the other steaks of this standard. Best duck and best red snapper I ever had btw. He has a small selection of free beers and wines. Take a date, take your family, take your friends. You will not be disappointed in this fantastic kitchen.

As for the prices, they’re spot on! I believe they are just right considering the high quality of the food. Some residents of Hollist might find the prices a bit steep, but you definitely get your money's worth. If you're looking to save a bit, you can always share a sandwich for lunch and add an extra side salad (the sandwich already comes with a salad). For example, today we had enough food for three adults, plus a hummus appetizer for my little one, and our total was $50 for three sodas. That’s $16 each for a fresh, high-quality meal! I’m so hooked that even if prices go up, I’ll still be a regular. As for the service, it’s always fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming!

Being from a family who has a swine farm, I have had a lot of pork loin in my day and this is the best pork loin I have ever had. I am visiting from North Carolina and I definitely will be back.

I have been to Fishers quite a few times now and I must say I am obsessed. It is so refreshing to have a restaurant like this in town. I'd grown quite tired of burgers and pizza. Fishers food is fresh, flavorful, and all around perfect. The staff is friendly and even my 4 year old can't get enough. Keep up the great food! Thank you for opening this place.
