Subway - Hollister

Employees are nice however this is the slowest subway I have ever been to. Leaving this review after the second time I came and we were the only ones in the drive thru and we waited at the window 10 min to be acknowledged and then no joke another 30 minwait for them to hand two subs to us. simple subs not heated or toasted and no toppings. Shaking my head...not sure how thisplace stays afloat. This happened the first time too not as long of a wait but still long but didn't leave a review that timebecause I understand things happen. But apparently they are this slow all the time.

Food is good but the poor lady was flying solo running the front and the drive thru because a male employee was coming up on an hour late but yet owners and managers allow this employee to keep showing up late with no repercussions. Get in there andstart running your store!!!!!!!!

This used to be our favorite Subway, and we would visit every Sunday after shopping at Menards. However, I think we’ll skip it next Sunday. The employees really shouldn’t argue while making sandwiches; it negatively impacts the quality of the food. Additionally, asking customers how much tip to leave is a bit much. For some reason, this Subway location struggles with making a chopped salad. It shouldn’t be that difficult! Instead, they served my wife a bowl with whole slices of turkey and cheese, leaving her to chop it up herself. And then they expect a tip? Not a chance.

Subway, you are usually my go-to restaurant, but this location is awful. I'm shocked that I didn't receive my food from the drive-thru, even after waiting 20 minutes after placing my order on the touchscreen. The person in front of me also never got their food. I went inside, but no one acknowledged me; they were busy attending to two customers inside and completely ignoring the drive-thru. I ended up leaving. Waiting 20 minutes at a drive-thru is something I've never experienced before. I suggest avoiding this Subway.

I visited this restaurant twice this week – once for lunch and once for dinner. On both occasions, the staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the food was fresh.
