Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Usually this place is great. not so much today. the sodabrunnen did not work and even the limonade and the fruit stamp were watered. we waited about 15 minutes to get our food. I saw my hot dog was put on the counter before my wobble rings dropped in the frit, so my hot dog was cold when I got him. Finally, there are fewer pommes to eat than in the To-Go Cups when they simply fries into the open part of the Hamburger container. the riders were also easy on the season. very disappointed for one of our favorite spots.

Not so great. Burger was fine. Onion rings were good. Dining room was dirty. Hot caramel was left on the counter and was a stringy, gooey clump.

I've eaten at this location before. Never had a complaint, but did question the quality of the food. I was surprised to see one here. I've patronized them back in illinois. I ordered the double bacon cheeseburger in the photo. What I received, was a a double bacon pancake; with flat burnt edges. I peeled the burnt edges off. I could have made a whole patty, with the edges. Horrible quality!

This Freddy's has a terrible smell. I'm not sure if it's something specific, but it's honestly overwhelming every time I visit. They really need to understand the importance of good cleaning supplies and fresh mop water. It's such a shame because the food is good, but the odor really ruins the experience.

I paid $3 for an additional side of onion rings just for it to be only this many.. do not waste your time with this place. Overpriced for what you get in terms of quantity apparently and a disappointed customer.
